Comments? SMS didn't make it all the way home. No SMS received with local telecom.

What was your occupation? observing and helping with the patientcare
What were your working days and hours? 8am till there was nothing else to do
What was particularly difficult in regard to your work? Locals can't really talk English, I couldn't talk pijin. Conversation and understanding wasn't easy.

Your advice to prospective visitors? don't go all by yourself
What did you miss most when back at home again? The jami fruits and the humidity, it gave me great hair! :)
